Reservations are accepted up to six months in advance.

We understand that sometimes plans change, however, any cancellation or alterations made to reservations without a 48-hour prior notice will be charged the full amount of the stay.
We ask this to make sure clients on our waiting list can be contacted within a reasonable time period to prepare for their pet's stay.

Holidays are a busy time for everyone, us included! During this time, we require that any cancellations be made 72 hours in advance or you will be charged for your stay.
A deposit may be required for some holidays and spring break weeks.
We are closed for pick-up and drop-off on most major holidays. Memorial Day and Labor Day, we will be closed on the Sunday and open on the holiday from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
